About Me

My Mission

I became a trainer to help others achieve their goals, as I know I am achieving my own. The grind never stops! Through effective reinforcement and accountability, I strongly believe fitness can be life changing. Losing sight of the vision can happen unfortunately, and I am there to keep you on track. The human machine is a marvellous thing - it can undergo many different changes throughout a lifetime. It is inspiring to see others thrive on their own successes. A little nudge and support is sometimes needed to keep on the designated path. I got into fitness many years ago as I believe that it is crucial for our mental state. It is what saved me many times, releasing natural endorphins and providing the boost in confidence needed. Exercise builds a strong work ethic for anything you want to undertake - either business goals, learning a new skill/hobby, etc. Discipline is more important than motivation. So put that cookie down.. NOW!

"Discipline is the bridge between goals & accomplishments. Don't count the reps, make the reps count."

Why Train With Me

With extensive knowledge and a multiple selection of certifications, I can provide the necessary tools for you to succeed. I have personally tried training on my own for about a decade, and as trial and error did not always work, now I have the right experience to help others achieve their goals much quickly and in a safe manner.

My go-to workout: Nothing beats the workout of a rowing machine! I love training for endurance and functional strength.

Healthy food I love: Fajita wrap with onions, roasted peppers, guacamole, low fat sour cream. Steak & asparagus, potato

Healthy food I hate: Brown rice, even if it's the best complex carb.. Anything very spicy that takes away from enjoying my meal.

Favorite workout music: For cardio - Drum & Bass, Synthwave, Trance // For lifting - Hip Hop/Rap, Metal, Hardstyle, Ambient

What people are most surprised to learn about me: I used to be lean and skinny, doing 7km run in about less than 30 minutes, placed 3rd at Ottawa run.
